3. Terms and conditions of participation in the promotion
To take advantage of the promotion, the following conditions must be met:

  • Purchase at least two products from motherearth.store online store.
  • When placing your order, enter the appropriate discount code, which entitles you to a discount depending on the number of products in your basket:
    • Discount code for 2 products: 15% discount.
    • Discount code for 3 products: 20% discount.
    • Discount code for 4 products: 25% discount.

4. Promotion rules

  • The discount applies only to products in the basket and does not include shipping costs.
  • The discount is only calculated if the appropriate discount code is correctly entered.
  • Promotion is only available for purchases made via the motherearth.store online store.
  • The discount can only be used once per order.

5. Changes and cancellation of promotions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion at any time, without giving a reason. These changes will not affect orders placed before the date of change of the conditions.

6. Final provisions

  • The promotion participant consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of implementing the promotion, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the motherearth.store website.
  • Participation in the promotion is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.

7. Applicable law
The promotion is subject to Polish law. In matters not regulated by the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

  2. The promotion is aimed at motherearth.store customers
  3. To take advantage of the promotion, the participant must place an order in the online store motherearth.store and make purchases for at least PLN 350 (excluding the free PALAU bag). In order to receive the Free Bag in the order, you must add "free" to the cart yourself and complete the purchase with it, entering the appropriate discount code in advance.
  4. If the Customer wishes to return products that are a condition for taking advantage of the promotion (products with a minimum value of PLN 350), the Customer must also return the free bag.
  5. The customer can keep the free bag if at least one product that is part of the promotion (products with a minimum value of PLN 350) remains in the returned order, excluding the free product. If the required number of products is not returned, the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the regular price of the PALAU bag, which is PLN 369.90.
  6. If the Customer does not meet the terms of the promotion and returns the order without the free Bag, and the value of the returned order is less than the value of the bag, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference, which will cover the purchase of the bag.
  7. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions in the online store.

Promotion Rules
2. The promotion consists of granting a discount of PLN 50 per order, with a minimum purchase value of PLN 300 (excluding delivery costs).
3. The order value required to obtain the discount (PLN 300) is calculated based on the product prices before the discount is applied .
4. Promotions available on the website cannot be combined – the PLN 50 discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or discounts.
5. In the case of returning products covered by the promotion, all products that met the minimum order value of PLN 300 must be returned before the discount is applied.

  4. Product Return Policy
