RETURN​

The time limit for returning goods is 100 days from receipt of the shipment.


1. Return at MOTHER EARTH’s expense via Inpost Quick Returns.

To return goods you must:

Go to the page: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/MOTHER_EARTH
Complete all required fields:
- package size
- order number
- name and surname
- telephone number
- email address
- reason for return (if the reason is not on the list, please select "other" and enter the reason)
- accept mandatory consents
In the next step, click "I am returning the parcel"
A return code will be displayed, which you should save and use in the InPost parcel locker.
Pack the returned items and post the parcel at the Inpost parcel locker.

The "RETURNED PACKAGE NUMBER" field can be left blank.

 2. Return at MOTHER EARTH's expense via the courier company GLS:

To return goods you must:

  1. Print and fill out RETURN FORM (download) .
  2. Package the returned items with the completed returns form.
  3. Stick the GLS courier label received in the order package onto the parcel.

(if a different shipping method or courier label is used than the one received by the customer with the order, the customer bears the return costs)

  1. Drop off your parcel at a selected point operated by the GLS courier company. CHECK THE NEAREST DELIVERY POINT
  2. If the customer decides to send the return using a method other than the free return offered by "Mother Earth", the shipping address should be provided:

Postscript: "Return to Mother Earth"

To be accepted for a return, the returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached. The product cannot show any signs of use.

We will make a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.

EXCHANGES
 MotherEarth.store does not accept exchanges of goods.
Exchanges are only possible by returning the goods and then placing a new order.

 

COMPLAINTS
 To make a complaint about the goods you must:

  1. Print and fill out COMPLAINT FORM (download) .
  2. Pack the complained-about items with proof of purchase and the completed complaint form.
  3. Send the complained products to the following address:

Postscript: "Mother Earth Complaint"

  1.  The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complained products.
