RETURNS

The return period for goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

1. Returns at MOTHER EARTH's expense within Poland are handled via the InPost Quick Returns service.

To return an item, you need to:

Go to the website: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/MOTHER_EARTH
Fill in all mandatory fields:
- package size
- order number
- first and last name
- phone number
- email address
- reason for return (if the reason is not on the list, please select "other" and enter the reason)
- accept the mandatory consents
In the next step, click "Return package"
A return code will be displayed, which you should save and use at an InPost Parcel Locker.
Pack the returned items and send the package at an InPost Parcel Locker.

The "RETURNED PARCEL NUMBER" field may remain empty.

If payment was made on delivery - print and fill out the return form: RETURN FORM (download).

2. Returns from outside Poland are at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGES

MotherEarth.store does not offer direct product exchanges.
Product exchanges are only possible by returning the item and then placing a new order.

 COMPLAINTS
To make a complaint about an item, you need to:

  1. Print and fill out COMPLAINT FORM (download).
  2. Pack the complained items with proof of purchase and the filled complaint form.
  3. Send the complained products to the address:

  1.  The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complained products.
