RETURN
The time limit for returning goods is 100 days from receipt of the shipment.
1. Return at the expense of "Motherearth.store" via the courier company "GLS":
To return goods you must:
- Print and fill out RETURN FORM (download) .
- Package the returned items with the completed returns form.
- Stick the GLS courier label received in the order package onto the parcel.
If the order was placed with the Inpost parcel locker delivery option, please contact our customer service department: online@motherearth.store to generate a return label to the GLS shipping point.
(if a different shipping method or courier label is used than the one received by the customer with the order, the customer bears the return costs)
- Drop off your parcel at a selected point operated by the GLS courier company. CHECK THE NEAREST DELIVERY POINT
- If the customer decides to send the return using a method other than the free return offered by "Mother Earth", the shipping address should be provided:

- We will make a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
EXCHANGES
MotherEarth.store does not accept exchanges of goods.
Exchanges are only possible by returning the goods and then placing a new order.
COMPLAINTS
To make a complaint about the goods you must:
- Print and fill out COMPLAINT FORM (download) .
- Pack the complained-about items with proof of purchase and the completed complaint form.
- Send the complained products to the following address:

- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the complained products.
