Returns

Yes, all returns are free.

The refund will be made within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to our warehouse.

Refunds will be made in the same way the order was paid for.
In case of payment on delivery, the refund will be made to the account indicated on the return form.

The deadline is met if the Customer informs us within 14 calendar days of their wish to return and sends the products back before the next 14 calendar days have elapsed. This means that there are 28 days in total for the return, provided the procedure is followed. Returns are processed within 14 days of the date the package is delivered to the warehouse.

No, the return must be made to the place where the goods were purchased.

Exchange in our shop consists of making a return and placing a new, independent order. The product must be sent back to us together with the return form. The funds for the order will be refunded within 14 days. A new order can be placed independently, without waiting for the return to be processed.
