Ecological vision in the fashion industry

In today's world, when environmental awareness is becoming more and more important for society, as a clothing brand, we want to take full responsibility for our impact on the environment.
For us, ecology is not just a trend, but above all a philosophy that we want to implement through our actions.

Organic cotton

Eco-cotton, also known as organic cotton, is a fabric produced from cotton grown without the use of artificial chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. Its popularity in the clothing industry is constantly growing due to growing ecological awareness and concern for the natural environment.

Here are some of the benefits of using organic cotton in the fashion industry:

- Sustainability: The production of organic cotton contributes to the sustainable use of natural resources, minimizing the negative impact on the environment.

- Reduced Chemicals: Organic cotton farming uses fewer harmful chemicals and pesticides, which reduces soil, water and air pollution.

- Improved worker health: The lack of use of toxic substances in cotton cultivation translates into better working conditions for farmers and factory workers.

- High quality products: Organic cotton is often of higher quality, which translates into the durability and comfort of clothes for consumers.

- Protecting biodiversity: Choosing organic cotton helps protect biodiversity by avoiding the excessive use of pesticides that can harm local ecosystems.

Recycled polyester

Polyester fabrics are widely used in the clothing industry due to their durability, ease of care and flexibility. However, the production of traditional polyester is associated with CO2 emissions and the use of raw materials, which negatively affects the environment.

We want to make the use of recycled polyester a key element of our sustainability strategy.

Here's why:

- Reduced carbon footprint : By switching to recycled polyester, we can significantly reduce our carbon footprint. The production of traditional polyester is an energy-intensive process that generates a large amount of CO2 emissions. Using recycled materials reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions, which translates into a positive impact on the environment.

- Waste Reduction : Using recycled polyester allows the use of polyester waste that might otherwise end up in landfills or be released into the environment, contributing to pollution. Recycling polyester reduces waste and promotes a circular economy.

- Reduced water consumption : Producing traditional polyester requires a lot of water for processes like dyeing and fabric treatment. Using recycled polyester can reduce this need, as the recycling process typically uses less water than producing new polyester.
